      THAR STARS fell short in the Finals in the Team Event in the EPTL League Tennis Season. We had a great fight and great comeback in the Group stage and fought back to win the Quarterfinals and very close win in the Semifinals.. In the finals we fell short of it in the last tie match..But we played really good and put our best effort which we performed well from the group stage to the finals.. 2025.

    • Prithvi Sekhar wins Australian Deaf tennis championship

      Prithvi Sekhar won the 2024 Australian Open Deaf Tennis Championship men's singles title on January 27, 2025. He beat Oliver Grave of France 6-3, 6-1 in the final at Melbourne Park.

    • Asia Pacific Deaf Games 2024: Tamilnadu finish 17 medals

      Indian deaf athletes ended their campaign at the 2024 Asia Pacific Deaf Games in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with a fifth-position finish on the medal tally. India athletes won a whopping 55 medals which included: 8 gold, 18 silver, and 29 bronze. Iran emerged as the overall champion of the Games with 62 Medals, including 24 gold medals. Athletics emerged as a key contributor for India as five of the eight gold medals of the Indian contingent came out in this discipline.

    • Summer Deaflympics 2025

      The Tokyo Deaflympics, the first to be held in Japan, will take place over 12 days from Nov. 15-26 next year, with 21 events at 15 venues in Tokyo, plus one additional venue each in Fukushima and Shizuoka prefectures.
